Aromas of pear, stone fruit and some tropical fruit. On the palate the wine exhibits depth and freshness with a noticeable salinity that makes it quite unique.  

Aromas of dark plum and blackberry mingle with roasted coffee and chocolate.  Flavors explode with dark fruit compote and baking spices.  On the palate this wine give a long finish.  Our 2021 Syrah should age well and provide pleasure for years to come!
