2025 Noris White Wine Blend
Our classic Bordeaux Blanc made with 70% Semillion and 30% Sauvignon Blanc
White flowers, lime zest and kiwi notes give way to a structured tention that will keep you coming back for another sip.
Tasting notes
Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for five months, this blend gains added nuance and complexity while holding onto its freshness. Aromas of white flowers, melon, and beeswax give way to fresh kiwi and lime zest. On the palate, an intense rush of citrus is balanced by structured tension, giving the wine incredible lift from start to finish which is a signature of our Konnowac Estate Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills of the Yakima Valley.
Production notes
This wine is exclusively sourced from our own Konnowac Estate Vineyard which is an older, nearly forgotten vineyard planted 35 years ago in the western half of the Yakima Valley.
Pomum purchased Konnowac in 2018 and we now make it the showcase of our entire brand.
Our Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc blocks were planted in 2008. These vines yield few clusters with small berries and inherently intense flavors.
It was fermented in stainless steel tanks. It was aged on the fine lees for a total of 5 months.
