Watermelon candy and summer berries on the nose. On the palate there is plenty of nerve and crisp, refreshing flavors.
It was fermented in stainless steel tank for 4 months before bottling. No malolactic fermentation was allowed. The wine was lightly cold stabilized, fined and filtered before being bottled in April 2026. Only 120 cases produced.
Pairs With - Summer salads, grilled chicken and fish, Spanish cheeses and can handle a little heat, so don't be afraid to try it with medium spiced dishes.
Drinking Window - We recommend enjoying this wine while it is young and fresh.
