Idilico is one of a handful of Washington wineries that has championed Albariño. The winery always makes one of the most compelling cases. This wine shows some spritz in the glass as well as initial reduction. Beyond that the aromas bring notes of toasted grapenuts, lemon, and fresh herb. The palate is sleek, focused, and citrusy. Lively acidity keeps the interest high.
