Padilla Wine Box

When Javier Alfonso proposed importing a couple of very rare clay amphoras (tinajas in Spanish) from Spain, Morgan Lee immediately wanted in. This passion project was born from the purchase of those tinajas, and two of Washington's best winemakers created a one of a kind box set that would be treasured by any wine aficionado.

 

Each bottle in this set was meticulously aged in these renowned Padilla Tinaja amphoras, a method steeped in history yet offering a modern, distinctive expression. The result is a set of wines that boast rich, earthy aromas, refined tannins, and a striking mineral finish that can only come from the clay vessels used in the process.

 

The set includes one bottle each from the winemakers and comes in a collectible wooden box.
